FINAL DUES NOTICE

If you’ve paid your 2015 dues so that they would have been received by the HOA as of yesterday, January 22nd, we thank you. Please inquire of your bank next week to see if you’re payment has cleared. We have made deposits of dues to our bank on 1/2, 1/12, 1/21 and 1/23. The HOA doesn’t wish to bill anyone for a late charge, if somehow your check has been misplaced. Also, if applicable, please contact any third party who may be making the payment for you to see if they did and if they’ve paid the correct amount. The HOA doesn’t get a thrill out of assessing the late charge, but we will for untimely or incomplete payment. Please contact us immediately, if any of the foregoing may apply to your situation.

If you have not yet paid your dues, please do so at your earliest convenience. The dues as invoiced in December are $350. Remember, dues must be paid in full and dropped in the HOA mailbox or postmarked not later than January 31st to avoid a $100. late charge.

AHOA Dues 2nd Notice

Second Notice

On or about 12/15/2104 an invoice for 2015 dues in the amount of $350. was sent to all members of the association by USPS.

The invoice indicated that payment was due as of 1/1/2015, and late if received after 1/31/2015. A late charge of $100. will be assessed. If you’ve not already paid, please do so at your earliest convenience so that you do not incur the aforementioned late charge. You may place your payment in the association mailbox (2920 SE 23rd Avenue) without the need for postage. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
