SECOND NOTICE

The Annual Meeting of the Avondale Homeowners’ Association, Inc. will be held the first Wednesday of December as required by our corporate by-laws. Please refer to the documents of governance of our association which can be found at www.avondalehomeowners.org under the governance tab for more information. The attached Meeting Notice Letter and Proxy Ballot require your immediate attention.

The annual meeting is this Wednesday December 2, 2015. please return your proxy on or before Sunday, November 29, 2015

AHOA Annual Meeting

Dear Association Members,

Our annual meeting of the members will occur on Wednesday, December 2nd. More information about the meeting, including time and place, will be forthcoming. Our by-laws require that we meet the first Wednesday in December. All those interested in serving as an elected Director should reply to this email not later than November 16th, so that their names can appear on the official ballot. If you would like to assist as a volunteer with community activities in the future, please let us know. The ballot will also include the proposed budget for 2016. At least 10 days prior to the meeting date you will receive the ballot hand delivered to your mailbox. Absentee owners will receive theirs by either USPS or email. We ask that the completed ballots be returned as quickly as possible. Thank you.
