Annual Meeting Notice
The annual meeting of the membership was convened at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, 12/4, as required by the by-laws of the Avondale Homeowners Assn. There was a quorum present at the meeting either by personal attendance or proxy.  Upon motions duly made and seconded, the proposals to approve the budget and select the Board of Directors for 2020 as had been presented earlier to the members were approved. Annual dues for 2020 will be $500 per single lot, $750 per double lot, and the Board will be comprised of Christian Clark, David Otzel, and Berne Stalzer. Discussion ensued among the members present on a variety of topics in the interest of the Association; thereafter,  the meeting was adjourned. The annual meeting of the Board of Directors followed. The Board acknowledged the decision of the membership with regard to the budget and election of Directors for 2020. A discussion ensued among the Board members about the topics discussed at the annual membership meeting. The existing Board put forward a motion which was approved to have as officers for 2020, subject to change by the newly elected Board once seated, the following: David Otzel, as President, Duane Somer, as Vice President, Joe Rispoli, as Vice President, Berne Stalzer, as Secretary/Treasurer, and Christian Clark, as Assistant Treasurer. There being no further business the annual meeting of the Board was adjourned.
 

AHOA Annual Meeting

Dear Association Members, Our annual meeting of the members will occur on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. More information about the meeting will be forthcoming. Our by-laws require that we meet the first Wednesday in December. All those interested in serving as an elected Director should reply to this notice not later than November 1st, so that their names can appear on the official ballot. If you would like to assist as a volunteer with community activities in the future, or serve as a corporate officer, please let us know. The ballot will also include the proposed budget for 2020. At least 10 days prior to the meeting date you will receive the ballot hand delivered to your mailbox. Absentee owners will receive theirs by either USPS or email. We ask that the completed ballots be returned as quickly as possible. Thank you. Your continued interest in the affairs of your Avondale Homeowners’ Association is greatly appreciated.
