Dear Association Members,

Our annual meeting of the members will occur on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. More information about the meeting will be forthcoming. Our by-laws require that we meet the first Wednesday in December. All those interested in serving as an elected Director should reply to this notice not later than November 7th, so that their names can appear on the official ballot. If you would like to assist as a volunteer with community activities in the future, or serve as a corporate officer, please let us know. The ballot will also include the proposed budget for 2020. At least 10 days prior to the meeting date you will receive the ballot hand delivered to your mailbox. Absentee owners will receive theirs by either USPS or email. We ask that the completed ballots be returned as quickly as possible. Thank you.

Please be advised that the quarterly board meeting of the Avondale Homeowners Association scheduled for Wednesday, October 7, 2020 is postponed until such time as the Board is advised that the COVID-19 pandemic guidelines put in place by Governor DeSantis have passed. Board meetings are open for attendance by the general membership. Under current circumstances, we do not wish to encourage a group gathering at this time when best practices would suggest otherwise. Our next scheduled meeting of the Board is the annual meeting which is to be held immediately following the annual membership meeting scheduled for December 2, 2020.  It is our hope that all our members are doing well during these trying times. Further, it is our hope that the Ocala community at large will, successfully, weather the storm.
