Avondale Homeowners Association Board Meeting
February 7, 2007
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: By Vice President Jackie Croton at 1900. Board members present were, Jackie Croton, Steve Floyd,and Eliza Smith. A quorum was established. Robert Taylor and Desiree Brown both arrived late.

SECRETARTY REPORT: Minutes were read and accepted with correction noted. Steve Floyd 1st and 2nd by Jackie Croton
TREASURER REPORT
Was read and accepted. See handout attachment. 1st by Desiree Brown 2nd by Jackie Croton. Bills paid.
Steve stated that there were still 3 outstanding dues payments still. Will send reminder letters with fine schedule. Steve met with Carl Ellsperman on 2/7. The following details were given:
- The money market reports were missing for 2004 and 2005.
- Ellesperman never receive the money market accounts information from Noble.
- Ellsperman now has the records and quick books.
- Ellsperman to check on tax requirement filing.
- Probably for 2006 due to income but not the past.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
No committee reports at this time.
OLD BUSINESS
- Tom Coleman is working on a web site for Avondale.
- Connie Quigley has contacted Ocala Electric to eval the light on the curve.
- Kinkle property continues to be an eyesore for the neighborhood. Bob is aware and looking into the problem.
- FREC- Noble Brokerage—Steve looked in the concern and it is felt that there is no real recourse at this time but that the board will only table the issue should new information be found that may allow for some recourse. Jackie Croton made the motion and seconded by Eliza Smith.
- Property owners are responsible for any violations no the renter was discussed.
